FIRST STEP

First you will be provided with a couple forms to fill out. A Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and an Informed Consent form which sets out what you can expect in your fitness assessment and asks that you agree to the terms.

During your FREE consultation it is very important to be clear on what you would like to achieve from a personalised fitness programme and whether your goals are realistic and achievable.

During this meeting your current weight, height, body mass index, basal metabolic rate, resting heart rate, blood pressure, and body measurements will be checked, before being asked to perform a few simple exercises so I can assess your fitness.

After gathering all this information I will be able to create a personalised training programme for you that is specific to your goals and will help you reach them within a sensible timeline. I will explain your program in detail and let you know what kind of results you can expect within each phase of your training.
